1. Setup fees and one-time projects
Setup fees and one-time project fees are refundable if the engagement is cancelled in writing before work begins. Once work has started, setup and one-time project fees are non-refundable, though we will provide a written summary of work completed.
2. Completed services
Services that have already been delivered — including coordination tasks, vendor scheduling, completed cleaning or maintenance coordination, or deliverables that have been handed over — are non-refundable.
3. Ongoing monthly support
Monthly operations support can be cancelled in writing at any time. The fee for the current billing period is non-refundable, and the engagement ends at the end of the billing period in which the cancellation is received.
4. Coordination and consulting work
Coordination and consulting work is billed for time and activity already performed and is non-refundable once delivered. Any unused, prepaid hours that have not yet been used or scheduled may be refunded on request.
5. How to request a review
If you would like us to review a charge, please contact HabitatOPS at info@habitatops.org within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Include the invoice number, the engagement, and a short description of the concern. We will respond in writing, typically within five business days.
